Ingredients
- 1 oz Seven Churches Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz brown sugar
- 3 ½ oz of dark roast coffee
- Thumb of prepared whipped fresh cream
Drinkware
6oz Irish coffee glass
Method
- Heat the stemmed 6oz Irish whiskey glass with hot water
- Pour in the Seven Churches Irish Whiskey
- Add the brown sugar
- Fill with the dark roast coffee to within one inch of the brim
- Stir to dissolve sugar
- Top off with the prepared whipped cream, so that it floats.
- Now sit back, relax and enjoy!
